ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND RATIFICATION BY GRANTEE
The Grante~ by acceptance and execution of this Warranty Deed acknowledges
that this conveyance is subject to the provisions of the Declaration of Condominiwa
described above, including the provisions of all of its exhfbits. Tfie Gra~tee ayrees
to be bound by all of said provisionss the Grantee acknowledqes and aqrees that all
of said provisions are reasonable, fair and equitable; the Grantee hereby impresses
a lien upon the land and real property described above, as security for his obligations
as described in said Declaration of Condominium and its exhibitsj and the Grantee
acknorvledqes and agrees that said 6eciaration of Condaninium and its exhibits and
the purchase agreement executed by the Grantor and Grantee contain all of the warranties,
representations and inducements concerninq the purchase by the Grantee of the land
and real property described above.
IN WITNESS WHSREOF, the Grantees have hereunto set their hands and seals this
