21. Futun Ad~~ances. Upon reyucst by Borrower, l.ender, at I.endcr's option within twenty years from the date of this
~fortgage, ma~• make Fuwre Advances to Borrower. Such Fuwre Advances, with interest ~hereon, shall he secured by this
Atortgage when evidenced hy promissory nates stating that said noteti are ~ecured hereby. At no time shall the principal
amount of the indebtedness secured by this Mortgage, not including sums advanced in accordance herewith to protect the
