The Grantee by acceptance and execution of thia Warranty Deed acknowledqes
that thia conveyance is aubject to the provisions of the Declaratfon of Condominiwa
described above, including the provisions of all,of its exhibits. Tfie Grantee agrees
to be bound by all of said provisionst the Grantee acknowledges and agrees that all
of said provisions are reasonable, tair and equitablet the Grantee hereby impresses
a lien upon the land and real property described above, as security for his obligations
as described in said Declaration of Condominium and its exhibitst and the Grantee
acknowledqes and aqrees that said Declaration of Condaainiwn and its exhibits and
the purchase aqreement executed by the Grantor and Grantee contain all of the warrantiea,
representations and inducements concerninq the purchase by the Grantee of the land
and ~ceal progerty describecl ~ove.
