ACKNOWLEDGMENT ANO RATIFICATION 8Y GRANTEE
The Grantee by acceptance and execution of this Warranty Deed acknowledges
that thi~ conveyancc3 is subject to the provisions of the Declaration of Condominiuw
described above, including the provisions of all of its exhibits. The Grantee agrees
to be bound by all of said provisionsj the Grantee acknowledges and agrees that all
of said provisions are reasonable, fair and equitablej the Grantee hereby impresses
a lien upon the land and real property described above, as security for his obligations
as described in said Declaration of Condominium and its exhibitss and the Grantee
