ACKNOWLEDG[~:NT AND RATIFICATION BY GRAMPEE
The Grantee by acceptance and execution of this Warranty Deed acknowledges
that this conveyar-ce is subject to the provisio~s of the Declaration of Condominium
described above, including the provisions of all of its exhibits. The Grantee agrees
to be bound by all of said provisionst the Grantee acknowledqes and agrees that all
of said provisions are reasonable, fair and equitablej the Grantee hereby impresses
a lien upon the lan3 and real property described above, as security for his obligations
as described in said Declaration of Condominiwn and its exhibits; and the Grantee
