Purchaser and all a+ners of parcels in the aforedescribed Condominiuco coven- ant and agree to abide by each and every provision of said Declaration and Exhibits attached thereto. Purchaser hereby ratifies and confirms and approves all of the terms and provisions of said Declaration of Condominiun and Exhibits attached thereto, and agrees that the assessment under the Property Oirner's Association documents referred to above and the provisions the'reof are reason- able, fair and equitable, and said Purchaser ackno~rledges and confirms that the Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property OKner's Association has enciambered and impressed a lien upon the Condominium parcel being conveyed to Purchaser, as security for his obligations under said Declaration of Coven- ants and Restrictions, and said Purchaser assum~s the obligations as to the Property Owner's Association as to his condominium parcel. Purchaser confirms that all Warranties, representations, and inducements, if any. are as contained in the aforesaid Declaration of Condominiun and Exhibits attached thereto, and the common expenses and the sums due under the Property Owner's Association and other eharges are estimated only. No Warranty or guaranty is made or intended nor may one be relied upon except where the same is specifically Warranted or guaranteed in said beclaration of Condomini~ and Exhibits attached thereto.
