MORTGAGE RELEASE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that the undersigned, owner
of a certain Real Estate Mortgage, wherein James M. McKeever and
Claudia H. McKeever are mortgagors, and ALLSTATE
ENTERPRISES MORTGAGE CORPORATION, an Ohio cocporation, is mort-
gagee, and given upon the following described ceal property, to wit:
Condominium Parcel 1209 of OCEANA OCEANFRONT
COND0IAINIUTA ONE, according to the Declaration of Condo-
minium thereof, recorded in Official Records Book 245, Page 65,
et seq., and as amended in Official Records Book 25~, Page 365,
et seq., all of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Flarida;
and recorded in Official Records Book 284 of Mortgages, on Page
1746 , Document No.398944 , in the Office of the Public Records of
St. Lucie County, State of Florida, on the 4th day of April , 1978 ,
as assigned in Official Records Book 284 , Page 1751, to the
Finnisterre Cocp., a Texas corporation, and as further assigned in Official
Records Book 2 8 4 , Page 17 5 2~, to Alison Mortgage investment
Trust, subsequently First Newport Realty Investors, a California business
trust, succeeded in interest by F1RST NEWPORT CORPORATION, a Mary-
land corporation, by reason of inerger on October 31, 1979, all of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, does hereby acknowledge full payment
of the debt secured thereby and dc~es release and discharge same of record.
