LUCIE COUNTY and to keep current in all respects those provisions
as set forth in the mortgaqe and note due the said mortgagee. In
the event Grantors shall default in the performance of any of
their obligations hereunder,~Grantees shall have the riqht to
cure such default and to apply the fu12 amount of any money so
paid to the reduction of the indebtedness due the Grantors under
the terms of this Agreement for Deed.
7. This Agreement for Deed shall be recorded in the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, at the discretion of the
Grantees.
8. That included as part of the sales price will be per-
sonal property composed of those items described in Exhibit "A"
attached hereto and made a part hereof.
9. In addition, the Grantors and Grantees will abide by
all the terms, conditions and provisions of the Deposit Receipt
and Contract for Sale and Purchase, includinq Standards for Real
Estate Transactions on the reverse side which is attached hereto
and made a part hereof as Exhibit "A." Written provisions
inserted in this Aqreement shall control over the printed provi-

lU. The obligations and benetits under tnis AqreemenL ior
Deed are personal solely unto the Grantees and their heirs and
this Aqreement for Deed shall not be sold, transferred, assiqned,
pledged, hypothecated or otherwise encumbered by said Grantees or
their heirs, or either of them and the breach of this condition
shall be deeded a default hereunder, thereby entitling the Gran-
tors to declare the whole of the balance then clue as immediately
due and payable.
11. As lonq as the Grantees are not in default under the
terms and conditions of this Aqreement, the Grantors expressly
agree that they will not transfer., assiqn, or otherwise convey
the real property described in this Agreement for Deed to any
third party and will indemnify Grantees from any and all damages
incurred by Grantees for violation of this provision. In addi-
tion, the Grantors will in no manner cause any clouds of title to
be placed upon the above described real property subsequent to ! ~
