ACKNOWI.EDGMENT AND RATIFICATION BY GRAN'PEE
The Grantee by acceptance a~d execution o~ this Warranty Deed acknowledges
that thie conveyance is subject to the provisions of the Declaration of Condominiwn
described above, including the provisions o! all of its exhibits. The Grantee ayrees
to be bound by all of said provisiona= the Grantee acknowledges and agrec:s that all
of said pi-ovisions are reasonable, fair and equitable; the Grantee hereby impresses
a lien upon the land and real property described above, as security for his obligations
as described in said Declaration of Condominium and its exhibitss and the Grantee
acknowledges and agreea that said Declaration of Condaninium and its exhibits and
the purchase agreement executed by tha Grantor and Grantee contain all of the warranties,
representations and inducements concerninq the purehase by the Grantee of the land
and real property described above.
