Pierce, Florida. WITNESSETH: That the party of the First Part, for and in considera- tion of the sum of Ten Dollars and other good and valuable considerations to them in hand paid by the Party of the Second Part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained and sold to said Party of the Second Part, heirs and assigns forever, the following described real property, located and situated in the County of St. Lucie and State of Florida, as follows: Condominium Parcel No. 3914 of BEACHTREE 1 CLUSTER as per the Declaration of Condominiumn thereof, recorded in Official Record Book 296, Pages 1438 through 1510, as Amended by Certificate of Amend.ment recorded in Official Book 300, Page 212 through 221, and as amended in that certain Certificate of Amend.ment dated May 2, 1979, and filed May 24, 1979, and recorded in Official Records Book 309, Pages 1149 through~1173, all of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida. THIS Conveyance is subject to an by accepting this Deed the Party of the Second Part do hereby agree to assume the following: 1. Taxes for the current year and subsequent years. 2. Conditions, restrictions, limitations, reservations, easements and other matters of record. 3. The Declaration of Condominium and Exhibits attached thereto. 4.
