fully as if written out verbatim herein, and recorded pursuant to 695_02. Fto~ida Statutes, in Official Record

County, Florida.
In this instrument the singular shall include the plural and the masculine shall include the feminine and neuter.
AI! rights and obligations under this mortgage shall extend to and be binding upon the respective heirs, executors,
administrators, wccessors and assigns of the Mortgagor and Mortgagee.
