hereby aqree to be bound by the covenants and aqreements contained in Uniform Covenants aumbered 1
t}uough 17 and Non-Uniform Covenants numbered 18. 19~ 20~ 22~ and 23 of the master form of mortgage
recorded in the office of the cleck of the circuit court of the county in which the Pcoperty is located and
in which this Mortgage is offered for record on the date, in the volume and, at the paqe as follows:

references to the Property, Borrower~ I.ender and Note contained in the above described master form of
mortgage and incorporated by reference hereinto shall be construed to mean the Property. Borrower~ Lender
and the Note defined herain. BocTOwer acknowledges receipt of a copy of the complete text of the provisions
hereby incorporated by reference into this Mortgage.

21. Future Advances. Upon request by Borrower, Lender~ at Lender's option within twenty years
from the date of this Mortqage~ may make Future . Advances to Borrower. Such Future Advances, with
interest thereon~ shall be secured by this Morigage when evidenced by promissory notes stating that said
notes ara secured hereby. At no time shall the principal amount of the indebtedness secured by this Mort-
gage~ not including sums advanced in accordance herewith to protect the security of this Mortgage~ exceed
