15. That the ~tortgagee or any person authorixed by the

mortgaged premises at all reasonable times.

a. Such future or additional advances as may be made by the

The total amount of indebtedness secured by this mortgage may
decrease or increase from time to time, but the total unpaid
balance so secured at any one time shall not exceed the maximum
~principal amount of $9,000,000.00, plus interest, and any disburse-
ments made for the payment of taxes, levies or insurance on the -
~property covered by the Iien of this mortgage, with interest on
those disbursements, or if the preceding blank is not completed,
:'then an amount equal to twice the original principal sum secured f
~hereby shall apply. An additional advance agreement may be given ~
i~and accepted for such advance and provision may be made for ~
~'different monthly payments anci a different interest rate and other ~
:,express modifications of the contract, but in all other
respects this contract shall remain in full force and effec[ as to .
~said indebtedness, including all advances. '
' ~b. Any and all notes, liabilities and obligations, direct or '
~contingent and of whatsoever kind or description, of the mortgagor :

any of them, of the mortgagor be now in existence or accrue or ;
arise hereafter, or be now owned or held by the mortgagee or be :

owing by the mortgagor jointly with third persons, it being the :
intent and purpose of the mortgagor to secure by this
mortgage a12 notes, claims, demands, ].iabili~ies and obligations "
(whether or not otherwise secured) that the mortgagee may have,
hold or acquire-at any time during the life of this mortgage _
against the mortgagor, provided that the total amount of indebted-
ness secured by this mortgage may decrease or increase from ti~e to
ti~ne but the total balance so secured at any one time shall not
~exceed the maximum principal amount of $ 9,000,000.00 , plus
interest, (or if the preceding blank is not completed, then an +

17. Upon notice and demand by the ~Iortg~gee, the ,tortgzgor
