ORDER CONTINUING POWER OF
SUBPOENAE
THIS CAUSE coming before me upon the matter of continuing
the power of certain subpoena~ previously issued in this cause for
the previously scheduled trial date of March 2nd through March 10, 1981,
and the~Court being fully advised in the premises, it is:
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That the trial of this cause has been continued to
the tria2 week period beginning March 30th, 1981
2. That each and~every subpoena heretofore issues will
remain in full force and effect for the trial period begi~ning
March 30th, 1981 ~ and for each day of the said period, and
a copy of this Order served uvon any witness shall be as effective
as a subpoena issued and reciting the above-mentioned trial date.
DONE AND ORDERED in Chamtiers St. Lucie County, Ft. Pierce,
