O R D E R
This cause came on to be heard on March 11, 1981 on the
Petition of Margaret L. Krause Anderson to modify the Order
entered in this cause on January 29, 1971 as to the custody
of the minor cliild, Marlana Ann Krause, and the Court having
heard testimony and argument of counsel for the Wife and being
fully advised in the premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. The custody of the minor child, Marlana Ann Krause,
is hereby awarded to the Wife, Margaret L. Krause Anderson,
granting unto the Husband, William E. Krause, reasonable rights
of visitation; that said visitation by the Husband, William E.
Krause, shall be at the residence of the Wife and restricted to
daylight hours only.
2. The Court makes no ruling on the Wife's request for
support and maintenance for the minor child above named as the
Husband is incarcerated in Pinellas County, Florida.
3. Jurisdiction of this cause and the parties hereto
is reserved for the entry of such further orders as equity may
require.
