THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard on the Wife's Motion For
Determination of Attorney's Fees and the Court having found
that the Fourth District Court in the above-styled matter had
authorized the trial court to determine fees pursuant to opinion
entered on such appeal, and the parties through their respective
attorneys appeared and the Court having heard the testimony of
the Wife's attorney and her expert witness, and the Court finding
that a reasonable fee for the Wife's attorney is $1,200.00, and
. ,
the Court being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is
thereupon
ORDER~:D AND ADJUDGED that the Husband~ OLIVER L. PEACOCK~
JR., shall pay to Charles A. Sullivan, Esq., as attorney~for
the Wife, as reasonable attorney's fees for services rendered
in the appeal in this cause the stmm of $1,200.00 within twenty
(20) days from date hereof.
