O R D E R
This cause having come on before this Court on the Wife's
Motion to Extend Time for Partition Sale and the Court having
heard testimony of the parties and argument of counsel for the
respective parties and being fully advised in the premises, it
is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That the Motion to Extend Time for Partition Sale
be and the same is hereby denied.
2. In the event the property on which the marital
home is located is u~_qr contract by March 3~, 1-981 the partition

sale set for ~Za"G 1, 1981 shall not be held and the Clerk of
the above entitled Court shall not conduct said sale at the
east front door of t St. Lucie County Courthouse, Ft. Pierce,
