ORDER OF STAY PENDING REVIEW AND FIXING BOND
This cause came on for hearing on February 24, 1981 on the
motion of the Wife, Yvonne M. Jackson Kudlack, for an order grant-
ing a stay pending review and fixing the amount and conditions of
a bond pending an appeal from the Order of this Court dated
January 20, 1981, and the Cc~urt having heard argument of counsel
for the respective parties and being fully advised in the premises,
it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED:
1. The Wife's Motion is hereby granted subject to the
terms and conditions provided herein.
2. The Wife shall file a good and sufficient bond com-
porting with the requirements of Rule 9.310 Florida Rules of
Appellate Procedure in the amount of Three Thousand Seven Hundred
Fifty ($3,750) Dollars. The bond shall be conditioned upon the
payment of.all costs, interest, allowable attorney's fees, damages
and expenses occasioned by the stay of these proceedings in the
event the Order ~ted January 20, 1981, of which a review is sought,
is not quashed, modified or reversed, or if the review is dismissed.
3. This cause is stayed pending the appeal.
ORDERED at Ft. Pierce, Florida this 9t day of March, 1981.
