THIS CAUSE, having come on before the Court for
hearing, the filing of a letter in GerMan, by the Wife, TERESE
BRAUNE, and the Court's own Motion to Vacate and Set Aside
a Default, and the Court having considered the same and hearing
the evidence of tne parties, does hereby make the following
findings.
I. That there does exist a marital relationship
between the Husband and the Wife;
2. The Ausband and the F'ife cohabitated in Saint
Lucie County, Florida, prior to theirseparation in August,
1980.
3. That the Husband, ALEXANDER cd. BRAUNE, has been
a resident of t_.e County of Saint Lucie, State of Florida,
continuously for more than six (6) months preceding the filing
of t:1e Petition in this action.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration, it is hereby
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
l. The Default heretofore entered against the Wife
on January 14, 2981, is hereby vacated and set aside.
2. The letter in German of the ~~ife is hereby
taken as the Answer of the Wife to the Petition for Dissolu-
tion of Marriage.
3. The Court hereby finds that this Court has juris=
dictivn of the parties and of the subject matter.
