5. That the Husband herein is ordered to pay child
support to the Wife for the support of their minor child,
MICHELLE BETH PRESCOTT, in the amount of $40.00 per week,
until further order of this Honorable Court. These payments
are to be made to the Clerk of the above Court, who will
process said payments, along with an additional $2.00 in
cash, cashier's check or money order, payable to Roger
Poitras, Clerk, to cover Clerk's fee for said service.
6. That the proceedings herein are to be stayed for
a period of 45 days, during which time the parties herein
shall seek marriage counseling to enable themselves to
effect a reconcilation of their differences.
7. That no bond is being required for this restraining
order.
8. That the Sheriff of this County is directed to
enforce the terms of this Order and should a violation occur
in the aresence of that officer or his agents, he is directed
to take the Petitioner or Respondent, as the case may be,
into custody and bring him or her before this Honorable Court.
9. Jurisdiction of this entire matter and the parties
hereto is reserved until this Court, and this Order shall
remain in full force and effect until further Order of this
Honorable Court.
