THIS CAUSF coming on for hearing on the prayer for !

temporary relief as set forth in the Petition for Dissolution of
Marriage filed herein, and the Court. after having considered '
;
testimony and being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it !
is thereunon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: ~
1. That the Husband be, and he is hereby, restrained
ar.d enjoined Fro~ co~:~n~ abQUt the ?•?ife' ~ residence ~ ass3ulting.

annoying, harassing or tele~honin~ her, or in any way interferinQ `.
with her activities~ and that the Sheriff of this county be, and
he is hereby,~directed to enforce the terms of this (k~der, and
should a violation occur in the ~resence of r_hat officer or his
agent, he is directed to take the Nusband into custody and
present him before this Honorable Court.
2. That the Husband is required to pay to the Wife as
temporary support for the minor children of the parties the sum
of $25.00 per child per week conanencing on the 13th day.of March.
1981. Said sum shall be paid to the Clerk of this Court and by
him remitted promptly to the Wife. In addition, there is hereby
assessed the sum of 52.~0 as statutorv costs to be added to each
payment. All payments shall be in cash, money order or cashier's
check.
3. The Husband is hereby p,ranted reasonable visitation
rights with the minor children of the parties after prior arrange-
ments have been made with the !•'ife .
4. All jointly-owned property of the parties is
preserved and neither of the parties sh311 dispose of same until
further order of this Court.
