Name 1.01 The name of the condominium is: COMMODORE CONDOMINIUMS. 1.02 The name of the Unit Owners' Association is COMMODORE CONDOMINIUMS ASSOCIATION,INC., a non-profit Florida corporation, hereinafter referred to as the "Association". 1.03 The resident or registered agent designated to receive service of process upon the Association if John Edgar Sherrard whese address is 203 South Indian River Drive,Ft. Pierce, Florida, 33450. 2. Land The land comprising this Condominium is described in - Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part hereof, as if fully set forth herein. 3. Definitions The term3 used in this Declaration and in its Exhibits, including the By-Laws of the Association shall be defined in accordance with the provisions of Section 718.103, Florida Statutes, and as follows unless the context otherwise requires: 3.01 "Assessment" means a share of the funds required for the payment of common expenses which, from time to time is assessed against a Unit Owner.
