HomeMy WebLinkAbout2209i• i, 3.11 "Condominium Parcel" means a Unit,together with the undivided share in the common elements which is appurtenant to the Unit. 3.12 "Condominium Property" means the Land and all improvements thereon and all easements and rights appurtenant thereto intended for use in connection with the Condominium. 3.13 "Declaration of Condominium" means this instrument,as it may be amended from time to time. 3.14 "Developer" means REA-SCOTT & JACOBSON INVESTMENTS, a Florida General Partnership. 3.15 "Mortgagee" means a bank,trust company,savings bank, federal or state savings and loan association,insurance company, employee pension fund,institutional business trust, Developer, Federal Housing Administration, Federal National Mortgage Association, or Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation which holds a first mortgage lien on a Unit, and their successors and assigns. 3.16 "Land" means the certain 1.424 acre tract of ground situated in St.Lucie County, Florida, which is described in Exhibit A attached hereto. 3.17 "Limited Common Elements" means those cominon elements which are reserved for the use of a certain Unit or Units to the exclusion of all other Units. 3.18 "Qccupant" means the person or persons,other than the Unit Owner, in possession of a Unit. 3.19 "Survey Exhibits" means the legal description of the Land and the Surveyor's Certificate and the survey of the Land and graphic description of the improvements in which Units are located and the plot plan thereof which are attached as Schedule 1 Exhibit A of this Declaration of Condominium. 3.20 "Unit" means a part of the Condo~r~inium Property which is subject to exclusive ownership. The Units are described in Article 4 of this Declaration and delineated in the Survey Exhibits. 3.21 "Jnit Owner" means the owner or owners of a Condominium Parcel. 4. Description - The Condominium is described as follows: 4.01 A survey of the land submitted to Condominium ownership, is set forth on Exhi~it A attached hereto.
