(2) All parts of the improvements which are not
included within the Units.
(3) Easements through Units for conduits, ducts,
plumbing, wiring, and other facilities for the furnishing of
utility services to Units and the common elements.
(4) An easement of support in every portion of a
Unit which contributes to the support of the building.
(Sj Installations for the furnishings of utility
services to more than one Unit or to the com~on elements or to
a Unit other than the Unit containing the installation.
(6) The property and.installation in connection
therewith required for the furnishing of services to more than one
Unit or to the couIInon elements.
, (7) Elevators and elevator shafts, if applicable,
and stairwells.
(8) Manager's office,if any.
(9) The recreational improvements and unassigned
parking areas„ if any.
(10) Lighting fixtures utilized to illuminate the
common elements.
(11) Any portion or portions of the Condominium Property
not included in the Units or designated a li~ited common ele~ent.
(12) The Developer shall have the right to assign
parking spaces to the Unit Owners, and thereafter designate such
space with the corresponding Unit number of the Unit Owner. Upon
such assignment, such parking spaces shall be deemed a limited
common element. All unassigned parking spaces are common elements.
(13) The roofs, yards, streets, parking areas, recreation-
al area and gardens, except as other•~ise provided.
(14) All electrical apparatus and wiring, TV cables,
plumbing pipes and apparatus, telephone lines, communication
system, and all other ducts, conduits, cables. wire or pipe, within
the conunon elements and up to the unfinished surface of the Unit
wall. .
(15) All other elements of the Condominium Property
designed for com~on use or necessary to its existence, upkeep
and safety.
8.02 Any person having any interest under ~-ortgages of
record that encumber any portion of the common elements that are
not satisfied prior to the recordation of this Declaration shall
