(3) If the complaininq part is for whatever
reason not satisfied with the response of the Association or
Deve~oper, as the case may be, the complaining part shall have
the right to request in writing a private meeting with the
Board of Directors of the Association or the Developer, as
the case may be, and the Board of Directors or Developer,
as the case may be, shall be obligated to comFly with such
request within twenty (20) days.
(4) The complaining party may proceed with other
remedies, including legal action, only after the passage of
twenty (20) days from the date of the meeting.
30.05 Whenever the context so req~:ires, the use of
any gender shall be deemed to include all genders, and
the use of the plural shall include the singular and the
singular shall include the plural. The provisions of this
Declaration shall be liberally construed to effectuate its

Condominium in accordance with the laws made and-provided
for the same. As used herein, the term "member" means and
refers to any person, natural or corporate, who is a Unit Owner.
30.06 No Unit shall be occupied by more than one
family,as more particularly stated in 2u.03. .
30.07 A tenant of any Unit Owner or of the
Developer shall have the same right and limitation~ to sue
the recreational facilities as the Owner of said Unit has, if
any. In no evE~nt shall any individual or family othan than the
indivi3ual or family residing in the Condominium Unit and
their guests be entitled to use said recreational facilities,
i f any .
30.08 The Association shall have the right to
prohibit pets or to establish the terms and conditions upon
which pets may be kept or maintained by Unit Owners in their
Units or on the co~non elements,including the right to
establish pet walking areas and to require the removal of
pets that are a nuisance. A reasonable pet fee may be
established by the Association and the Association shall have
the right to enforce the collection of said fee from pet
owners in the same manner as provided in Article 23 for the
collection of assessments.
30.09 All Owners of Condominium Units in COMMODORE
CONDOMINIUMS located on the real property more particularly
described on Exhibit A hereinafter in this Article collectively
referred to as "COMMODORE CONDOMINIUMS" shall have a non-exclusive
perpetual right to use all of the recreational facilities, if
any more particularly set forth in Schedule 1 Exhibit A
