as is more fully set forth herein, together with a non-
exclusive perpetual easement throughout COtrIMODORE CONDOMINIUM
for inqress and egress to such recreational facilities, if any.
The total nun-ber of Condomium Units which may be built in
COMMODORE CONDOMINIUMS, the Owners of which shall be entitled
to utilize the aforesaid recreational facilities,if any, shall
not exceed twenty-four (24) units.
30.10 This Declaration and all Exhibits thereto
shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of each Unit
Owner, their heirs, personal representatives, successors,
assigns and grantees and any and all persons claiming by,
through or under any Unit Owners.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, REA-SCOTT & JACOBSON INVESTMENTS, a
