JOINDER OF MORTGAGEE
FIRST FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATIOV OF FORT PIERCE, a
Corporation under the laws of the United States of American, herein-
after called the Mortgagee, the owner and holder of a Mortgage
upon the lands described therein, which Mortgage is dated January
8, 1979 and is recorded in Official Records Book 301 at Page 629
of the Public Records of St.Lucie County, Florida in the original
principal amount of $400,000.00 joins in the making of the foregoing
Declaration of Condominium and the Mortgagee agrees that the lien
of its Mortgage shall be upon the following described property in
St.Lucie County, Florida:
All of the Units of Commodore Condominiums
TOGETHER with all of the appurtenances to the units including
but not limited to all of the undivided shares in the common
elements.
