2.2 "Articles" means the Articles of Incorporation
of the Condominium Association.
2.3 "Board" rr.eans the Board of Directors of the
Condominium Association.
2.4 "M~embers" means each and every member of the
Condominium Association and the "Membership" means all of the
Me~bers .
2.5 "Address qegister" means the register of addresseG
to be maintained by the.Secretary of the Condominium Association.
~ECTICN 3. MEMBERSHIP~I~MBERS' MEETINGS,VOTING AND PROXIES
3.1 The qualification of Members, the r~anner of their
admission of ine;nbership in the Condomini~ Association and the
^~anner of the termination of such r~embership shall be as set
rort~ in Article IV of the Articles.
3.2 The M.em~ers shall meet annually at the office
of the Condominium Association or at such other place in St. Lucie
County, Florida, as determined by the Board and as designated
in the notice of such r.ieetin~ in the cionth of :~iay of each year
(the "Annual :iembers Meeting') ca~anencing with the year 1979. The
~urpose of Che Annual Members Meeting shall be to hear reports
of the officers, elect ~ec~bers of the Board (sub;ect te the
provisions of Article VIII of the Articles) and to transact any
other business authorized Co be transacted by the Members.
3.3 Special r~eetings of the '~embers shall be held at
any place within St. Lucie County, Florida, whenever called by
the President, or. in his absence, the Vice President, or a majorit;~
of the Board. A special meeting must be called by the President
or Vice President of the Condominium Association upon receipt of
a written request fYVm twenty-five per cent (25%) of the entire
t:embership .
3.4 A written notice of all. meetings of rlembers
(whether the Annual Mer-bers 2~`eeting or a:saecial meeting of tre
:fembers) shall be ~ailed or delivered to ~ach Member entitled to
vote Chereat at the address as it appears in the Address Register
not Zess than fourteen (14) days nor r~or~ than thirty (30) days
