3.8 Minutes of all meetings shall be keptin a
businesslike manner and shall be available for inspec[ion by the
Members and Directors at all reasonable times.
3.9 Votin~ rights of Members shall be as stated
in the Declaration of Condominium and the Articles. Such votes
may be cast in person or by proxy. "Proxy" is defined to mean
an instrument containing the appointment of a person who is
substituted by a Member to vote for him and in his place and
stead. Proxies shall be in writing and shall be valid only for
Che particular, meeting designated therein and any adjournments
thereof as so stated. A proxy must be filed with the Secretary
of the Condominium Association bef~re the appointed time of the
meeting in order to be effective. An;f proxy may be revoked pr~or
to the tiT~e a vote is cast pursuant to such proxy. No one
~eYson shall be per~itted to hold more than three (3) proxies.
3.10 At any time prior to a vote upan any matter
at a meetir~ ~f the Membership, anytaember may raise the question
of the use of a secret written ballot for rhe votin~ on any
matter. In the e~ent of the use of such secret written ballot,
the chairman of the meeting shall call for nominations and t~e
~lection of inspectors o£ election to collect an~ tally such
written ballots upon the completion of the balloting upon such
matter.
3. 11 The order of business at Annual Mer~bers Meetings
and . as far as practical. at any Speical Meeting of the Members,
shall be as follows:
(a) Calling of the roll and certifyin~ of proxies
(b) Proof of Notice of ineeting or waiver of notice
(c) Reading of minutes of previeus meeting
(d) Reports of officers
(e) Reports of committees
(f) Appointment by chairman of inspectors of
electio:~, if applicable
(g) Election of directors
(h) Unfinished buisness •
(i) tZew business
(j) Adjournment
