SECTIOt~ S. POWERS ANU DUTIES OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
All the ~owers and duties of thp Condominium
kssociation, ~ncludin~ those existing under the Condominium Act
and the Condominiur.~ Documents, sh~all be exercised by the Board
of Directors unless otherwise specifically delegated therein
to the tlembers. Such powers and duties of the 3oard shall be
exercised in accordance with the provisions of the Condomir.ivm
Act and the Candor~inium Documents.

cfiice by a vote of the Directors at any meeting of the Board.
6.2 The President shall be the ~hief executive
officer of th~ Condominium Association. Ne shall have all of
the aowers and duties which are usua2lv vested in the office ~f
the Presider.t of a Condominium Association~ including, but not
limited to,_the nower to appoint such committees at such times
fror.- among the Members as he may in his discretion determine
appropriate to assist in the conduct of the affairs of the
Condominiwn Association. The President shall preside at all
meetings of the Board. ~
6.3 In the absence or disability of the President,
the Vice President shall exercise the powers andperform the duties
of the.Presic~ent. The Vice President shall also generally assist
the President and exercise such other poWers and perforfin such '
other duties as shall be prescribed by the Board. Unless otherwise
provided from time to time by resolution of the Board of
Directors, the Vice President shall act as the "Designee" of
rhe '~tembers for purposes of the Declaration of Covenants and the
articles of Incorporation and Bylaws of the Cond~minium Association.
6.4 The Secretary sr:all keep Che,c~inutes of all
:~eetings of the Board and the :1e~5ership, which r~inutes shall be
'-e~t in a businesslike ~ranner ar.d shali be avaiZable for inspection
~.~ '•'ernbers and Directors ~at all reasonable times. Ne shail have
rustody of the seal of th~ Condami~~ium Association and shall affix
