7.4 The Board shall make and co~lect the Assessments
fro:~ Members pursuant to the terms of the Decla:ation of
Condominium, the Act and these Bvlaws. Assessments must be made
not less frequently than quarterly and in an~amount not less
than required to provide funds in advance For payment of all
of the anticipated current operating expenses and for all of the
unpaid operating expenses previously incurred.
SECTION 8.
RULES AND REGUI,ATIONS
The Board may adopt rules and regulations or amend
or rescind existing rules and regulations for the operations af
the Condominiur~ Association and the use of Condor.iinium Property
at any meeting of the Board; provided, however, that such rules
and regulations are not inconsistent with the Condominium
Documents. Copies of any rules and regulations promulgated,
ar~ended or rescinded shall b~ mailed to all Members at their.
last known address as shown on the Address Re~ister and shall no[
rake effect until forty-eight (48) hours after such mailinR.
SECTION 9. PARLIAMENTARY RULES
The then latest edition ~f Robert's Rules of Urder
shall govern the conduct of ineetings of the Condor.~iniur~ Association;
provided, howe~~er, if such Rules are in conflict with the Articles,
these Sy:aws, the Deciaration of Condominiuri or the Condo*niniur,~
Act, then the Articles, these By.aws, the Declaration of
Co:~domini~.1:-n ~r Concio~nin~um Act, as thc case mav be, shall apnly

10.I These Byla:tis ma~~ be amended by the affirmative
vote of not less than two-thirds (2/3) of the Mec~bers of the
Association at a regular or special meet~n~ of the Membershi~~ and
the affirmative approval of a r,iajority of the Board of Directors
at a regular or special meetin~ of the Board of~Directors. An
amendment may be apprcved at the sarne meeting of the Board of
Directors and/or Membership at which such amendment is proposed.
10.2 An amendment may be proposed by either the
Board of Directors or by the I~tembership~ and after being propose~
and approved by one of such bodies, it must be approved by the
other as above set forth in order to become enacted as an amendment.
10.3 No modifica tion or amendment to these Bylaws
