The following Rules apply to all members of COM~SODORE CONDO-
~1INIUMS ASSOCIATION,INC. and all owners of Units in COM.MODORE
CONDOMINIUt~1S ASSOCIATION,INC.
1. No two bedroom apartment may be occuFied by more than
:our people nor r~a~~ any one bedroom apartr.ient be cccupied by r~ore
~han three peop3e:unless s~ecific approval is granted by the Associa-
tion. This san:e rule shall a~ply to occupancy by guests or tenants

4. No repair work of any kind on vehicles on condominiur~

S. All garbac;e and trash shall be placed inside dumpster.
6. All ~uests of unit owners or tenants must be registered
with the condominiu~r~ association. Only registered guests ar-e
allowed. No guests after appraval may stay more than two weeks
without written ap~roval of the association. This rule applies to
:,oth tenants and owners.
7. Owners and tenants will be responsible for all a~tions
of their guests. The cost of property damages will be charged
to the responsible party.
