1. Petitianers have an interest in the above estate as parents and sole
heirs of iRFACA ROBER'TS, Deceased. Petitioners n~nes and addresses are VAIERI
ROBERTS amd ART'N[R ROLiERTS 1416 North 16th Caurt, Fort Pierce, Florida.
2. The Decedent, LRF.OCA ROBIIrTS, whose last lawwn address was 1416
North 16th Co~t, Fort Pierce~ Florida, whose age was me and orie-half (1~)
years ~d whose social security none, died an October 19, 1980 at Vero Beach,
Florida. and at the date of death decedent was daniciled in St. Lucie Camty,
Florida.
3. So far as lmown, the nares of the beneficiaries of this estate,
are VAT~RI ROgERTS 1416 North 16th Cou~t, Fart P3~erce, Flarida, relationshi?
mother; ARZHUR RO~S, 1416 North 16th Co~t, Fort Pierce. Florida, relationship
father. and both of legal age.
4. Venure of this proceeding is in this crnnty bec~se the decedent
was a resident of St. Iucie Camty at tl~e time of death.
S. VAIERI ROBF.RT'S and ARTEi[~t ROBFRTS, whose address is 1416 North
16th Caurt, Fort Pierce, FL, and they are qualified under the laws of the State
of Florida to serve as persc~ial representatives of decedent's estate is entitled
to preference in appointment as persanal representatives because they are the
parents ~nd sole heirs of lltF.OCA ROBIItTS, deceased.
6. The nature and approximate value of the assets in this estate are:
An action for wrvngful death valued in excess of $5,000.00.
Petitivner requests that VAIFRI ROBEltTS and ARTH[R ROBIItTS be appointed
personal representatives of the estate of the decedent.
