I, CHARLOT'PE T. WHITE, a resident of St. Lucie County,
Florida, being of sound mind and disposing m~mory, ~a hereby
make, publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testa-
ment, hereby revoking any and all former wills, codicils and
letters of testamentary import by me made.
FIRST: I request and direct that after my death my body
be cremated, and that the remaining ashes be scattered in the
Atlantic Ocean, and i further request that the services con-
ducted at my funeral be brief, and that they be short in
d uration, and that there be no flowers.
SECOI~D: I direct that all my just debts due at the time
of my death and all my last illness and funeral expenses be
paid as soon after my death as practicable.
THIRD: I give and bequeath my Aquamarine Ring to my
niece, JANET L. NORDSTROM, currently residing in LeSueur,
Minnesota, if she survives me, or if she shall not survive
me, to my niece, PRUDENCE L. STEWART, currently residing in
Madison, Wisconsin, if she survives me. In the event that
both JANET L. NORDSTROM and PRUDENCE L. STEWAFT shall pre-
decease me, I give and bequeath my said Aquamarine Ring to my
nephew, BRIAN F. LARSON, currently residing in Eau Clair~,
Wisconsin.
FOURTH: I give and bequeath my antique desk and
hand-hooked rug to BARBARA BROWN and DON R. BROWN, her
husband, currently residing in Winchester, Massachusetts.
