FIFTH: I hereby give, devise and bequeath all the rest,
residue and remainder of my estate and property of whatsoever
kind and nature and wheresoever situated, be it real,
personal or mixed, to my sister, DOROTHY JEAN LARSON,
currently residing in Eau Claire, Wisconsin, as her sole and
absolute property, if she shall survive me.
SIXTH: In the event that my said sister, DOROTHY JEAN
LARSON, shall not survive me, all of t~e rest, residue and
remainder of my estate and property, real, personal and
mixed, in possession or in expecta~cy at the time of my
death, I give, devise and bequeath equally unto my nieces,
JANET L. NORDSTROM and PRUDENCE L. STEWART, and my nepliew,
BRIAN F. LARSON. In the event that any of them should pre-
decease me, I direct that the share of such deceased niece or
nephew shall go to the survivor or survivors of them, in
equal shares.
SEVENTH: I hereby nominate and appoint my sister,
DOROTHY JEAN LA.RSON, as personal representative of :ny estate.
If she shall fail to so act, I nominate and appoint my niece,
JANET G. NORSTROM, as sole personal representative of my
estate. I direct that no bond or security of any kind be
required in any jurisdiction of my said personal represen-
tative, her substitutes or successors, tbe same being
specifically waived hereby.
EIGeTH: In addition to the powers given them by the
laws of the State of Florida, I authorize my personal
representative, her successors or substitutes, and each of
them to have the following powers and discretions, as, in the
