VERIFIED PETITION TO AMEND ORDER OF SUN~ARY ADMIDTISTRATION
Petitioner, ORA LEE LEWIS, respeatfully shows the Court as follows:
1. That on or about the 14th day of July, 1976, this Court
entered an Order of Summary Administration devising all the
real property herein.
2. That Petitioner, ORA LEE LEWIS, under the Order was granted
title and ownership of Lots 5, 19 and 20 of Block H of Alamanda Vista
Subdivision.
3. That Petitioner, prior to the time that this cause was filed
had already owned Lot 5 and the correct lot that should have been incl
in the Estate was Lot 6, of Block H of Alamanda Vista Subdivision.
4. That Lot 5, of Block H should be amended to reflect Lot 6
as a true and correct parcel of real property hErein.
w'HEREFORE, Petitioner moves the Court to enter an Order Amending
Lot 5 and entering in its place, Lot 6 of the Order, as reflected
by the Amended Order of Summary Administration, a copy of which is
attached hereto and made a part hereof.
