WITNESSETH, that the PartiPs of the First Part, by virtue r`~
of the power and authority to them given in and by the Last Will
and Testament of HERMAN RUBIN, Deceas~d, and in consideration of ~
the sum of Ten ($10.00) Dollars and oth~,: vood and valuable
considerations in hand paid, qrant, bargain, .ell, assign, release,
convey and confirm to the Parties of the Second :~rt, their heirs,
and assigns forever, an undivided 12~$ interest o= ~:? that certain
parcel of land lying and being in the County of St. Lucie, State
of Florida, more particuarly described as follows: East one-half of
Lot 18, and all of Lots 19 and 20, Block 2, Riverdale Yacht Club Estates
Unit Two, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 6, page

SUBJECT TO:
1. Conditicns, restrictions, reservations, easements
and limitations of record.
2. Taxes for the year 1981 and subsequent years.
3. Governmental Zoning Ordinances.
TOGETHER with the estate which the said Testa'tor had at the
time of his decease and which the Parties of the First Part have
or had the power to convey or dispose of, or by virtue of the
said Will or otherwise.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted to the
Parties of the Second Part, their heirs, and assigns forever.
AND the Parties of the First Part do covenant to and with
the Parties of the Second Part, their heirs and assigns, that in
all things preliminary to and in and about this conveyance and
the Laws of Florida have been followed and complied with in all
respects.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Parties of the First Part have set
their hands and seals on the day and year first above wr4tten.
