PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE'S DEED
THIS JNDENTURE made this ~ day of February , 1981,
between DAVID W. POPICK, DONALD M. KLEIN and ARTHUR J. KLINE, as
Personal Representatives of the Estate of JACK POPICK, Deceased,

his wife, Par~ies of the Second Part~ whose address is: 1401 Parkland 1~
Boulevard, Fort Pierae, Florida 33450,

WITNESSETH, that the Parties of the First Part, by virtue
of the power and authority to them given in and by the Last Will
and Testament of JACK POPICK, Deceased, and in consideration o£
the sum of Ten ($10.00) Dollars and other good and valuable con-
siderations in hand paid, grants, bargains, sells, assigns, re- _
leases, conveys and confirms to the Parties of the Second Part,
their heirs and assigns forever, an undivided 50$ interest of all
that certain parcel of land lying and being in the County of
St. Lucie, State of Florida, more particularly described as follows:

plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 6, page 40 of the

SLIBJECT TO:
1. Conditions, restrictions, reservations, easements and
limitations of record.
2. Taxes for tlie year 1981 and subsequent years.
3. Governmental Zoning Ordinances.
TOGETHER with the estate which said Testator had at the time of
his decease and which the Parties of the First Part have or :~ad the
power of attorney to convey or dispose of, or by virtue of the said
Will or otherwise. ~
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted to the Parties ~
of the Second Part, their heirs, and assigns, forever.
AND the Parties of the First Part do covenant to and with the
Parties of the Second Part, their heirs and assigns, that iiz all
things preli~inary to and in and about this conveyance and.the Laws
of Florida have been followed and complied with in all respects.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Parties of the First Part have set their
