BEFORE I~, the undersigned authority, personally appeared RUTH W.
POPICK, of full a9e and who being first duly sworn, deposes and says:
l. That she is the surviving widow of the late JACK S. POPICK,
who died on ~iovember 23, 1975 and who, at the zime ~~ ~is aea~~i, wa~ a
bona fide resident of Dade County, Florida.
2. That your Affiant and the said JACK S. POPICK were lawfully
that no portion of the following described property lying, being ancl
situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, ever constituted the homestead
of your Affiant, or of her late husband, the said JACK S. POPICK,
to-wit:
Lots 25, 26 and 27 of Block 8, and Lots 10 and 11 of
Block 6, RIVERDALE YACHT CLUB ESTATES UNIT TWO, according
to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 6, Page 40 -
of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
FURTHER AFFIANT SAYETH NOT.
married to each other on June 15, 1935 at New York, New York, and re-
mained continuously married each to the other without divorce or in-
terruption until November 28, 1975, when the said JACR S. POPICK died
at North Miami, Florida.
3. That neither your Affiant nor the said JACK S. POPICK ever

resided or maintained a homestead in St. Lucie County, Florida, and
