VENEZIA, who being duly sworn deposes and says:
1. That she was married to MARTIN VENE2IA,
a/k/a MARTY VENEZIA, the said MARTIN VENEZIA, a/k/a MARTY
VENEZIA, having died on September 10, 1978.
2. That she has remained an unremarried
widow from September 10, 1978, to the date of the execution
hereof.
3. That the purpose of this Affidavit is in
connection of the conveyance by her as an unremarried widow of:

Subdivision according to the Plat thereof
as recorded in Plat 8ook 11, Page 48, of the
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
