A.D. 1980, by JOHN H. I.EYPOLAT and CYNTHIA 61. LEYPOLDT, his wife, first party,
to JOHN H. LEYPOLDT whose post office address is S Kingston Lane, Cheektowaga, `
Vew York, second~party.
(Whenever used herein, the terms, "first party" and "second
party" shall include singular and plural, heirs, legal rep-
resentatives, and assigns of individuals, and the successors
and assigns of corporations, whenever the context so admits
or requires.)
WITNESSETH, That the said first party, for and in consideration of the
sum of Ten (~10.00) Dollars in hand paid by the said second party, the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, does hereby remise, release and quit-claim
unto the said second party forever, all the right, title, interest, claim and
demand which the said first party has in and to the following described lot,
piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being in the County of St. Lucie,
State of Florida, to wit:
Lot 16, B2ock 2976, Unit 43, Port St. Lucie according
to the plat thereof recorded in Plat 6~nk 16, page 15
of the Public ltecords of St. Lucie County, Florida.
SUBJECT TO restrictions, easements and reservations (including oil,
gas, and mineral rights and/or leases) of record applicable thereto,
and to taxes for the current year and subsequent years.
TO NAVE AND TO HOLD the same together with all and singular the appurte-
nances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, and all the estate,
right, title, interest, lien, equity and claim whatsoever of the said first
party, either in law or in equity, to the only proper use, benefit and behoof
of the said se~ond ~art~!.forever.
The parties specifica2ly acknowledge and agree that the property hereby
cc;nveyed is not homestead property and that each party maintains his or her
permanent residence outside of the State of Florida.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, The said first party has signed and sealed these
presents the day and year first above writtsn.
