Le~der tl~e renu of the Property. provided that Bomower shall. prior to acceleration under puagraph 18 hereof or abandon-
ment of the Property. have the right to rnllcct and retain such rents as tlrcy bocome due and payable.
Upon acceleration under paragraph 18 heroof or abandonment of the Property, Lender shall be entitled to have a
rcceiver appointed by a rnurt to enter upon. take possession of and manage the Pmperty and to colkct the rcnts of ihe
Property. including thoae put due. All rents collectod by the rcceiver shall be applied 6rst to payment of the costs of
management of the Propeny and collectio~ of re~ts. including, but not limited to. receiver's fees. premiums on rcceiver's
bonds and reaso~abk attorney's fces, and then to the sums secured by this Mortgage. 'Il~e roceiver shall be liable to account
only for those rents actually receivcd.
