Propeny. including those put due. All renu collectod by the receiver shall be appliod first to payment of the caats of
management of the Property and collection of re~ts, including, but not limited to, receiver's tea. premiums on roceiver's
bonds and rcuonabk attorney's fces, and than to the sums securod by this Mortgage. The receive~ shall be liable to account
only for those rents actually reaivod.
21. F~~tnre Ad~asces. Upon request by Borrowe~, I.ende~, at 1_ender's option within twenty yeats from the date of this
Mortgage. may make Future Advancas to Borrov-er. Such Future Advances, with interest theroon. shall be secured by this
Mortgage whe~ evidenced by promissery notes stating that said notes are secured hereby. At no time shall the principal
