. WITNESSETH:
That if the said parties of the second p~art shall first make the
payments and perform the covenants hereinafter mentioned on their
part to be made and performed, the said parties of the first part
do hereby covenant and agree to convey and assure to the parties
of the second part in fee simple, clear of all incumbrances whatever,
by a good and sufficient deed the following described property~
located in St. Lucie County, Florida, to-wit:
The North 42.5 feet of Lot 18, and the South 42.5 feet of
Lot 19~ Block 26. San Lucie Plaza, Unit One, according to
the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 5~ Page 57~ of the
Public Records of St. Lucie County~ Florida.
