FINAL JUDGMENT

This cause came on for trial the 12th day of March, 1981,
and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence,
finds and determines: This Court has ~urisdiction of the parties and
subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife
now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the
parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORUERED and ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLU7ION OF. MARRIAGE. The marriage between WILLIAM H.
RONN and WANDA C. ROHN be and the same is hereby di.ssolved, and the
parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of
matrimony heretofore existing between them and from t~he,obligations
arising therefrom. ~
2. CUSTODY. WANDA C. ROHN shall have primary custody of the
minor child, DERESA ANN ROHN, and WILLIAM H. ROHN shall have primary
custody of the minor child, WILLIAM STEVEN ROHN, custody of each parent
being subject to reasonable and liberal visitation rights by each parent
as to each or either child.
3. PROPERTY. The parties own no real or persona] property
to be di vi ded by this Court.
4. FEES AND COSTS. Each party will pay their own attorney's
fees in this cause.
5. RESTRAINIdG ORDER. Each of the parties is hereby en~oined
and restrained from interfering with, harassing or annoying the other.
