THIS CAUSE coming on for hearing upon the defendants' Motion
for Protective Order, and upon argument of counsel and the Court
being otherwise fully advised in the premises it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the defendants' Motion for Pro-
tective Order is granted. The Court finds that insufficient
notice was given of the out of state deposition.
The plaintiff may reset the subject depositions providing he
gives the defendants' attorney written notice no later than four
(4) days prior to the date the depositions are set.
