This cause came on to be heard upon Defendant's following
Motions:
1. Motion for Partial Summary Judgment.
2. Motion for Election of Remedies
3. Motion in Limine
Having heard argument of counsel, having examined the court file,
and being otherwise advised in the premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. Defendant's Motion for Partial Summary Judgment is denied.
2. Defendant's Motion for Election of Remedies is denied.
3. Defendant's Motion in Limine is granted and Plaintiff's
counsel sha21 not mention of the investigation of the Florida Insurance
Commission into the dispute between these parties, either in voir dire
or in opening remarks until such time as it is determined by the
Court that such a reference is relevant to the issues in this action.
