THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard before the Court on the
Plain~iff's Motion for Final Judgment. and ~he Court being
otherwise advised in the premises, it is therefore
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED
1. Plaintiff, CLOTILDF F. TAYLOR. are due $3318.30 as
principal, $Z51.01 as interest to date of this judgment. $994.46
for taxes an~ interest thereon, first mortgage payments and
$51.00 cou~t costs now taxed, under the note and mortgage sued
on in this action together with attorney's fees awarded in the

2. The Court finds that Plaintiffs hold a lien for the
total sum superior to any claim or estate of defendant, ERIC L.
PARICER and wife, on the following described property in St. Lucie
County, Florida. to-wit:
Lot 13, Block 46, SUNLAND GARDENS SECTION 4.
according to a plat on file in Plat Book 10,
Page 76 of the public records of St. Lucie
County, Florid~.
3. If the total sum with interest at the rate prescribed by
law and all costs of this action accruing subsequent to this
judgment are not paid within ten (10) days from this date, the
Clerk of this Court shall sell the vroperty at public sale~
on ~% , 198~, at 11:00 A.M. to the highest bidder
for ash, at the East door of the Courthouse of St. Lucie County,
Fort Pierce, Florida. in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida
- Statutes~ unless redemption is made.
