Being the same property conveyed to Thomas E. Rinn and Jeanne C. Rinn,
his wife by deed dated May 10, 1976 and which deed is recorded in the Clerk of
Circuit Court office of St. Lucie County, Florida in Deed Book 255 page 1063 and
re-recorded in Oeed Book 258 page 2484.
The said Thomas E. Rinn having died intestate on May 13, 1980 thus
