I, HELEN E. PRAEDIGER, a resident of Somers Point,
~County of Atlantic and State of New Jersey, do hereby make,

publish and declare this as and for my Last Will and Testament,
hereby revoking all Wills and Codicils heretafore made by me.
!~ FIRST: I direct that all of my just debts, funeral

SECOYD: I direct that my burial shall be in our

Praediger, shall not survive me, or, if we shall meet our deaths
in a common accident or disaster, then I hereby make the
following bequests:
I. To my nephew, Jonn Hebsacker, all of the personal
